World Environment Day

We celebrate World Environment Day on the 5th of June with great enthusiasm every year. On this day, we organize awareness campaigns, rallies, and other programs to raise awareness about environmental issues. We also drive tree plantation and sapling distribution programs to encourage people to contribute to a greener environment. Additionally, wealso educate people about reducing plastic use, conserving water, and other environmental conservation measures. Through our efforts, we strive to inspire people to take action and make a positive impact on the world around us.

Netaji Jayanti

Daspara Nabadisha proudly commemorates the birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose, fondly called Netaji. On this special day, we pay tribute to his indomitable courage and spirit. We conduct special events, including inspirational talks, and cultural programs, to honor his contributions to India’s freedom struggle. This day is marked to reflect on his legacy and inspire the generations to uphold the values of patriotism, resilience, and dedication to the nation.

National Youth Day

We observe National Youth Dayon the birth anniversary of India’s greatest spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda, every year 12th of January. On this day, we honor and remember his contribution and teachings. We organize a special program to pay tribute to him and be inspired by his wisdom. Come, be a part of celebrating his impactful life and principles with us.

International Day of Persons with Disability

Every year on December 3rd, we mark the International Day of Persons with Disability. Through educational programs, we raise awareness about the vital need to integrate and support vulnerable communities, ensuring a life filled with dignity for everyone. We also make them aware of the training and livelihood programs that are initiated in order to bring a little betterment in their lives.

World Aids Day

On every 1st December, we observe World AIDS Day. Our programs aim to raise awareness about the disease and promote preventive measures. By educating people, we strive to reduce stigma and encourage early detection. Join us in spreading knowledge and fostering a supportive environment to combat HIV/AIDS. Together, we can contribute to creating a healthier and more informed community.

International Women’s Day

On 8th March, we celebrate International Women’s Day, hosting a special program. We gather to share knowledge on women’s rights, responsibilities, and the importance of self-dependence. Through awareness, we empower women to embrace their strengths and stand tall. It’s a small but impactful step towards fostering equality and recognizing the incredible contributions of women in our community.

World Water Day

On 22nd March, World Water Day, we organize annual awareness campaigns every year addressing global water issues. This year, our focus is on the staggering 2 billion people facing the challenge of living without access to safe water. Through advocacy, we strive to shed light on the urgency of water-related challenges and work towards ensuring a sustainable and equitable water future for all.
